Top: A radio set to static frequency then buried inside concrete and then coated with black flocking.
Bottom: A wooden box coated with earth and airbrushed with UV sensitive acrylics. Inside the wooden box is a subwoofer that rumbles out the passing sound wave of a deep ocean tremor.
Base: Plywood coated with UV sensitive acrylic
